6 Week Gym Program – this program is designed for those who are looking for gym guidance, know the basic exercises already and want to perform better, get stronger, leaner and need motivation and a plan to follow.
- The program, has a nutrition plan included in the app, which you can adjust based on your preferences and add/remove the existing food, being able to see the calories and macros which are over or under.

After you join:
Step 1: You will receive an activation email for your account and it will take you to download the app (if you have already the app, you will have the program on your profile right away)
