The STRONG Program is a Strength Training program with Nutrition Guide included, which focuses on building muscle and losing body fat.
If your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat & get stronger, this program is for you.
The workouts are a combination between bodyweight exercises and resistance exercises (with weights).
The equipment you will need:
– Dumbbells (I suggest more than a pair of dumbbells)
– Ankle weights
– Booty Bands
– Yoga Mat
The Program lasts 4 Weeks and you will be able to access the workouts once the program is over as well.
The program has also a nutrition plan included to help you reach your goals.
