Six-week workout and nutrition plan.
The workouts can be done at home or at the gym.
If you choose to train at home, the equipment you need are dumbbells (you can start with two bottles of water for the first week or two, if you haven’t train for long or just started), a mat and booty bands.
During the 6 weeks you will find low intensity workouts combined with high intensity ones, body weight exercises combined with dumbbell only exercises.
You will also have a nutrition plan included, which has macros counted, making sure you eat enough protein during the day which will help you gain muscle and lose fat, leaving you with a toned look.
