You will have a Strength Training program with Nutrition Guide included, that focuses on building muscle and losing body fat.
You can choose to train at home or at the gym.
If you choose to train at home, this is the equipment you will need:
– Dumbbells (I suggest more than a pair of dumbbells)
– Booty Bands
– Yoga Mat
The Program lasts 8 Weeks and you will be able to access the workouts once the program is over for another month.
