Specially Created for Women, this challenge is made to sculpt your full body but focuses on Booty & Abs
Feel free to join the challenge if you are a beginner as you get two weeks beginners workouts to get you started before you jump into the challenge.
What to expect once you joined:
– progressive workouts in terms of intensity and difficulty
– circuit workouts
– strength exercises
– core
What equipment you will need :
– a set of dumbbells to start with (choose a weight which challenges you and consider getting a bigger weight once we progress with the workouts)
– exercise mat
– elastic bands
– kettlebell (optional)
