If your goal is to enter the NEW YEAR with a challenge that can get you to the best version of yourself, this program is for you.

You will have a Strength Training program with Nutrition Guide included, that focuses on building muscle and losing body fat.
If your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat & get stronger, this program is for you.

You will find a combination between bodyweight exercises and resistance exercises. You can choose to train at home or at the gym.

If you choose to train at home, this is the equipment you will need:
– Dumbbells (I suggest more than a pair of dumbbells)
– Booty Bands
– Yoga Mat

The Program lasts 8 Weeks and you will be able to access the workouts once the program is over for another month.
